Can't imagine a better car-buying experience I haven't bought a new car in nine years, and the process has changed considerably to be way less adversarial, at least here at Dolan Mazda Kia it has I haven't bought a new car in nine years, and the process has changed considerably to be way less adversarial, at least here at Dolan Mazda Kia it has. Every person I came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and working hard to be helpful. They found the exact car I wanted (several states away) and, despite the holiday weekend had it to me in less than a week. They had scrutinized it and found a very small nick in the paint that I likely wouldn't have even noticed, and not only brought it to my attention, but gave me a work order to bring the car in to be made perfect. Ciso was charming and kept me informed every step of the way. Will happily recommend this dealership to friends and family! More

We bought a used Kia Sportage 3 years ago, and my how things have changed; for the better. We love the Dolan Family, they truly care about our community, especially our kids. We could not think of a better place to buy a car. Their 24 hour roadside assistance program, what a bonus! And our new car had a huge red bow on it, after detailing; and a full tank of gas! It made me tear up, and feel special. This dealership goes way above and beyond, it is the little things.... We joined the family, and we're so glad we did! Thank you! More

Since I needed to fly to Reno, I wanted to make sure that I had final terms before I decide to fly. Ciso confirmed that I had the final terms and there were no surprises. He replied to my question at late night and on the day of the purchase he even came to pick me up at the airport. He was never pushy and paid attention to my needs. This was the best car buying experience. I highly recommend Ciso. More

Excellent customer service, no numbers games Kasey was super helpful pointing out differences in the 2 cars I was interested in. Even after I made it clear I was the most interested in the numbe Kasey was super helpful pointing out differences in the 2 cars I was interested in. Even after I made it clear I was the most interested in the numbers and keeping them small, he then unlike other dealerships gave me things to keep in mind. He stayed with me through the whole process. For my car set up for me to take. When I noticed later I didn't have a manual he emailed me a link to one. When I had a problem with the car a week later he helped reassure me that he would have his manager looped in, and was key in the fix, rental and everything being paid by the dealership. When I get another car or a friend is looking, I'll gladly send them to Kasey, knowing they'll be in good hands. More
