I had to ask him his name and do the introductions. We asked questions about the vehicles we drove. The salesperson was not thoroughly knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Additionally, he ignored my wife when she asked him questions. Lastly, the sales person never thanked us for purchasing the vehicle. We found the Finance and Technical Support women to be extremely nice and helpful. The reason we continued with the purchasing process at Dolan is because there are no other local Kia dealerships near us and after test driving numerous different brand vehicles, we found the Sportage to be our best choice for the money. We were in the lot just looking and Tricia came out introduced herself and we told her we had a Kia already and just wanted to see what they had, she was awesome, so friendly, honest and so great to work with, we went in with no intention of buying a new car, instead we left in a Brand new car with the black interior, we even purchased another Kia Optima that is how much we love the car. It was extremely busy as it was a Saturday, Tricia kept updating us as we were waiting, offering food, drinks etc. and so did the other sales staff that were there. Luckily a family member recommended we visit Dolan Kia, and we are so happy we did! After a few test drives, and even an overnight trial, we decided on our new dream car. It was a relatively quick process, and the whole team worked together to give us great customer service. They were patient with us while we decided on the color and option combinations. We never felt hurried or pressured, just well looked after. (Even though it was clearly a very busy sale time for them). Even though we live in California, they made registering the car easy, with clear instructions for the DMV visit. The instructions were so good that the DMV staff member took a copy of them to share with her staff! I highly recommend this dealership. More
