"Above and Beyond" My husband and I purchased a new 2016.5 Mazda CX 5 Touring on November 11th. We had a few options that we wanted, including Navigation and Sirius XM My husband and I purchased a new 2016.5 Mazda CX 5 Touring on November 11th. We had a few options that we wanted, including Navigation and Sirius XM radio. Dealing with Dolan Mazda was so different from the other dealerships that we had contact with. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and never overbearing. At the end, when they were going over the features of the car, we asked why the "XM" radio was greyed out. We were told that it just needed to be activated. As it turned out, through some miscommunication, this was not the case. We were, needless to say, very upset. After my husband contacted Ryon Walker and John Elcano with Dolan Mazda Kia we were told to come in and they would take care of us. Knowing how some of the dealerships that we had worked with in the past were, we were quite anxious. This was not the case with Dolan Mazda Kia. The deal they made for us was truly amazing. We drove home in a new Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring, including the Sirius XM and many more options that our first CX 5 did not have. We can not compliment upper management and John Elcano enough for his patience and professionalism. Dolan Mazda Kia came through "above and beyond" what any other dealership would ever have done. Great service I recently had flood damage to my 2014 CX-5 in which it was totaled. I had come in to look for a replacement on 1/10 but couldn't sign that day due to I recently had flood damage to my 2014 CX-5 in which it was totaled. I had come in to look for a replacement on 1/10 but couldn't sign that day due to the car not officially being "totaled". Here I met with Kaesey and Cody to discuss my situation. I purchased a new CX-5 Touring on 1/13. Kaesey kept in contact throughout the entire week and once the total loss was confirmed, I called Kaesey, in which he got the car ready to go for a drive. After the quick test drive (I was already quite familiar with the handling of the CX-5), I went over the cool new features of the upgrade from the Sport trim of my old model to the Touring trim of the new one. He was very knowledgeable in the technology of the car. Once we worked out a deal, Skeeter and Cody worked through with me in finance. They were able to get me the interest rate I was looking for and was happy to drive home in my new car! More
