Extremely helpful, no judgment! I had a lease that was ending in 2 months and needed to make sure we had a new car lined up. Since my last lease, my credit score has dropped signific I had a lease that was ending in 2 months and needed to make sure we had a new car lined up. Since my last lease, my credit score has dropped significantly so I was both embarrassed and not hopeful at all to get into a new lease. But we decided to go in anyways just to see what I needed to do with my old lease that was ending. While there we asked about a new lease knowing our credit scores weren't so good. The associate that helped us was extremely respectful of our situation and walked us thru everything. He showed us a few vehicles that we were interested in and explained every feature to us. He then worked some magic to get us approved for the vehicle we absolutely loved and we walked out that day with said car. Extremely great experience and I would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone! More

A great family experience. Our daughter in law bought a Kia Sorrento thru Cody Paxton a year ago. Her parents bought one a short time later. We went a couple of weeks ago. He really is a product specialist. He took all the time we needed to answer plenty of questions and explain the car to us. There was another young man, I believe his name was Christian, who climbed in the car with us after we bought it and taught us how to use some of the electronics. This was a big help. This dealership thought of everything to get us on our way. The most pleasant experience I have had in buying a new car. More

Amazing customer service Trisha, Skeeter and Jeremy were all amazing. We told them we were looking to trade in 2 wheel drive Tacomas for 4 wheel drive. After asking a number Trisha, Skeeter and Jeremy were all amazing. We told them we were looking to trade in 2 wheel drive Tacomas for 4 wheel drive. After asking a number of questions, Jeremy and Trisha had three rigs for us to look at when we arrived. However, our girls decided they wanted to go slightly larger. Trisha was totally patient, and listened closely to what they were looking for. She drove us to two other Dolan lots and found two perfect rigs. Skeeter worked up the financials sooo quickly. Both of them told us how much they like working for Jeremy. Jeremy really stresses doing it the "Dolan way", and they all certainly did. We will be recommending this crew to anyone we can. They were wonderful. More
