Proactive under pressure! I had bought a Mazda6 Grand Touring only a month prior but I discovered information about that model that didn't fit into a retired widow's budget lon I had bought a Mazda6 Grand Touring only a month prior but I discovered information about that model that didn't fit into a retired widow's budget long term. When I went in to have the car issue dealt with in the Service Department, Lucus the service manager, was more than cooperative. While I waited, I walked the lot comptimplating my next move accompanied by Kyle Lemberes. Long story short, I left with a Honda Civic that fits me better and yet still suits my needs! Kyle was a wizard at helping the paperwork painless and Steve Elcano (and their F&I guy) couldn't have been more accommodating! I am so impressed with the staff at Dolan Mazda/Kia! Another Great Buying Experience! I was really wanting the new Telluride. I went in for a test drive with Ciso. I was so impressed that I placed an order for the vehicle. I was told that it could be anywhere up to six months. Ciso alley me and let me know that the one I wanted was allocated to them and I was offered first right to buy it. Ciso did an amazing job of keeping me informed on everything. The sale was so smooth. An easy process for such a large purchase. Ciso had us at ease the entire time. I won't get into my personal issue of not being able to keep a car more than 24 months, but I will focus on the impressive staff and experience with Dolan Mazda. Specifically Cody, third experience with him and it's obvious why he is in his current position. He's professional, personable and makes things easy. Second car purchased with Ben, again personable, professional and easy to work with. First experience with Jalen, although he's fairly new with Dolan, he's eager to help and is very passionate. I was a pilot in the Navy for over 25 years and most military members are passionate about what they do and it's very refreshing to see passion exhibited within non-military organizations and it's obvious Dolan takes care of it's employees and it's exhibited through how they treat your customers. Baylee, the finance professional was another impressive experience and I didn't buy anything from him only because I can't hold onto cars long enough to take advantage of what you were selling. Nick was my first purchase and one of the reasons I bought the first car and continue to come back to Dolan. Glad to hear Nick was promoted and it was well deserved.
