Exceptional Dealership I don’t write a ton of reviews, but the staff at Dolan Mazda treated us so well that I’m writing reviews both here and on Yelp. I’ll start by saying I don’t write a ton of reviews, but the staff at Dolan Mazda treated us so well that I’m writing reviews both here and on Yelp. I’ll start by saying that we’ve worked with the Dolans several times now, and the culture at their dealerships is different than what you’ll experience at most dealerships. They of course are trying to sell cars, but they will not pressure you and will treat you kindly and respectfully throughout the process. Our salesman Brandon was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable on their products and was efficient throughout the process. I was especially impressed with John the General Manager. He was kind and honest. He never pressured us to make the final sale, but he helped us explore many alternatives to get the deal done. Finally, Nick and Jason in the business office made document signing an enjoyable process which is unique in my experience. I’ll conclude by saying the Dolans hire good people and have created a culture that provides an exceptional buying experience. I highly recommend visiting a dealership in the Dolan family when considering your next car purchase. More

He listened to what I was willing to pay and brought back the This past weekend, my wife and I purchased two new 2019 Mazda CX5's from Angel Ramirez. He listened to what I was willing to pay and brought back the offers I requested with a minimum of back and forth negotiations. Both Angel and the sales Manager, John Elcano listened when I pushed back on the addendum sticker and removed the added costs without any problem. In the end, I paid exactly what I asked for, including the value of the trade I requested, without having to turn the deal or go back and forth with the sales manager. I have owned Acura's, Honda's, Infiniti's, Porsche's, Chrysler's and many other high end vehicles in my lifetime and can honestly say that this was the best purchase experience I have ever had. Shout out as well to Nick Martinez in finance who presented additional value added options and was willing to negotiate a fair price for the extended warranty, pre-paid service and Luxe Protection package I decided to purchase as well. Nick was knowledgeable and to the point about the available value added services without being too pushy on the sales side. His thorough explanations alone are what caused me to buy in to the offers. My wife and I LOVE our new Mazda's and I highly recommend Dolan Auto Group, Angel Ramirez, Nick Martinez and John Elcano for making this a painless experience with their EXCELLENT Customer service. a new level of nightmarish experience Buying a new car should be fun and enjoyable, especially when you find a car that you absolutely love. My husband and I got a preapproval loan through Buying a new car should be fun and enjoyable, especially when you find a car that you absolutely love. My husband and I got a preapproval loan through our credit union and found this deal on the list of approved dealerships. We test drove the CX5- grand touring and loved it. This is where the happy tale ends, as the rest of the experience has been an ongoing nightmare. We spent over 14 hours on three separate trips to the dealership to sign paperwork and calling to follow up on the status, only not to have calls returned or provided incorrect information. Each time we had to resign the Simple Interest Vehicle Contact for Sale and Security Agreement as the dealership continually messed up the legal binding contract of sell. 18 days into having possession of the vehicle, it came to no surprise when we were notified that we would not be able to register it with the DMV, as there was a form that was either not signed in any of the three previous contract signings or merely typed up incorrectly. I am unsure if it was due to being a woman or just the fact that I am very strong willed that lead to my negative treatment being brushed aside and talked over during this entire experience. Yet, any and every time my husband made a call or went into the dealership, he was treated with some level of respect. I have had the car in my possession for 18 days. In that time, I have found that my back door light switch is broken; a warning light has popped up on the dash stating my radar cruise control has malfunctioned, and we still have not received our second key fob that was part of our contract. At this rate, I am wondering if it is too late to return the car, as it is starting to appear the car shares similar traits as the dealership. This entire experience has been horrific and stressful and yet even after 25 days after signing the paperwork the first time, I still am unable to say I bought this car. More
