Dealership has attempted to fix a safety and electrical/computer defect since first week of ownership 2.5 years ago. While the same defect warranted another part be ordered recently, contact was electrical/computer defect since first week of ownership 2.5 years ago. While the same defect warranted another part be ordered recently, contact was immediately ceased by service dept with malicious intent to not notify me that work and parts would not be ordered/fixed for a month until I called for an explanation about part order and warranty work that was promised. I was told they will no longer service my vehicle and are not to have any contact with me due to “legal reasons”. My safety defect is still present and without addressing it for over a month now. I will never purchase a vehicle there again. Service staff were great until now when they were told to cease service with my vehicle. More
