We thought we just had some bad luck on the tires but without even bringing it to their attention, they called us and told us they would replace them. Again, these tires were not recalled but they replaced them because this had been an issue with a few of their other customers. Easy to make a referral to a place that does the right thing. Incrediable customer service and great sales staff! More
