I do like the dealership, but this last time the service guy dropped the ball. I waited over 30 min then went and found him! He said the man who checked my car in didn’t let him know I had arrived! Great people, but they did not complie with coupons on line. I was told to go online for coupons when I was booking appointment. Most Fort Wayne shops will perform oil change with online coupons.
