Worst experiance with any car service center ever. Service people I dealt with where rude. Said I need a module for my computer. After spending over a $1,000.00 for the module a 32 point oil change. They did not check my tires or top off fluids, took everything out of my trunk and just rolled up in a ball and threw in the trunk. While they had it they shorted out my rear door look relay switch. Of course they did not agree with me on that and told me to have a nice day. Which meant they did not want to address this problem. Now I have the same problem with my car that had before I took it to Kelly's. Turns out is was the spark plugs that needed replaced and most likely not the module for the computer. They charge $25.00 to each bill for the cost of they're electricity- WHAT. No copy could be found for my towing bill so they sent me all over the place, even to the body shop and no one could find. There was grease and smudges all over my leather on the back seat and hand marks on the back of my bucket seats also. Stay away from the service center they are running a racket on diagnosing cars. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau about the poor service I received and the miss diagnosis on my car. More
