Charged 2 diagnostic fees for my evaluation and it’s been 2 weeks and no update on status of parts. I waited 3 hrs for the car to be diagnosed and I was an 8 am appt. After they said they would need the car for an additional two hours minimum. I'm like I cannot stay here all day.
