OUTSTANDING, VERY PROFESSIONAL, AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Absolutely the most attentive dealership I have been to in years.... I flew up from Florida (not because no one else had the car I wanted), but becaus Absolutely the most attentive dealership I have been to in years.... I flew up from Florida (not because no one else had the car I wanted), but because the level of knowledge and professionalism displayed over the phone was impressive to say the least!!! I had to see this place for myself, upon arrival at the airport there was a valet driver there to pick me up (great conversation on the way to the dealership). When i got there my salesman graciously greeted me at the door, I felt I was home........My car was impeccably clean and presentable (I fell in love!) The whole transaction was seamless all the way to the end....Finance Mgr Brian was very transparent & made sure I undoubtedly understood everything I was signing, Thank you Brian Ingham you're the best!.....but so was everyone else, from the General Manager to other sales staff, they really work well as a team, I felt like the showrooms client, and not just German Arroyo's customer.....SHOUT OUT love to Neal too!!! The salesperson had lots of patience with me I am probably a very difficult customer for a car salesperson, I will research and research and research and then when I go to a dealership I don't wa I am probably a very difficult customer for a car salesperson, I will research and research and research and then when I go to a dealership I don't want any pressure I just want information and I must say to this point that Lorie was extremely helpful to me when explaining the options and showing me the Mercedes models I was interested in. I have even in the past purchase a car directly off the internet but in this case I actually felt so comfortable with their service I bought a car from them directly no questions asked and I am pleased beyond belief with it. The entire process was painless all paperwork was prepared and handled very well. More

Sales Team Horrible, Manager Didn't care Mike M was not available the day I went and only spoke to him for 2 minutes asking if the car is available. Lorie was referred the day I went. When I got in the car she threw the keys in the cup holder and was pissed off I spoke to someone the day prior. I had a 2 minute test drive before I turned around because of how rude she was being. I drove 45 minutes to visit the car and treated with extreme disrespect. Joe Colitz was then contacted to see if he can discuss the car instead of their miserable employees. He answered the initial call with "YO" as if I was one of his basketball buddies. Than when he called me back he decided to take 500 dollars off the car (not even 1%) and said that's all I can do. Didn't want to discuss or try and sell the car. Horrible Horrible experience DO NOT BOTHER. More

Third time, after done with service, dropped off on my drive way, car start leaking oil, god know what oil it is. Second day after car been tolled away for repair, they arranged rental for me after a few of negotiations, rental was upgraded to mid size car(Camry) from original an economic size car ( I had E series). More
