Don’t ever take your car to the collision department. I worked with Jessie he didn’t communicate with me about my vehicle. I was misled multiple times. Jessie told me the part for my vehicle was on back I worked with Jessie he didn’t communicate with me about my vehicle. I was misled multiple times. Jessie told me the part for my vehicle was on back order til 9/6. He found out the part would be on back order til a later date 9/20! He never once called to inform me, he knew for 5 days and never said a word never called nothing! I addressed it immediately I’m livid at this point. I’m paying for a rental out of pocket because they’ve had my car so long. I communicated that to Jessie multiple times! My car was to be completed 9/8 Friday. I called and complained finally to Tom O’brien Jr! I called around as a customer and guess what I found the part at Kahlo dodge! I’m doing Jessie and the collision department job at this point! I told Jessie tow my car to Kahlo Dodge! they can finish the work. Jessie said well that’s not going to happen. After complaining they got the part that was on back order from Kahlo. Jessie finally reached out only after complaining to Tom O’brien Jr. I thought it would help nope it did not. Jessie said we will have you car done by mid afternoon on Friday, I said let me know if it’s not because I will have to extend my rental. Guess what didn’t happen! After making arrangements to have someone ride with me to pick up my vehicle I get to Tom Obrien it’s 5:06 9/11 the collision department is closed lights out door locked. Not only did they not leave my vehicle out, they didn’t even leave a invoice so I could pay. It’s just unprofessional and inexcusable. I’ve been a customer for years. I have to pay for another day in a rental out pocket. What I experienced for over a month with Jessie the collision department is horrible and obviously incompetent. I never once got a call from the manager from the collision department to try to remedy the situation because they don’t care and it’s quite clear. I will never take my car back to Tom O’brien Collision ever! the service has just gone down. They don’t respect customers time or money. I’m shocked the collision department is still operating throw the entire department away. I’m will filing a complaint with the BBB! Don’t waste your time! More

Has service done this am. It was recall work which I was not necessarily excited about doing. Made an appt. go in and was told about 2 to 2 1/2 hour (which I anticipated and It was recall work which I was not necessarily excited about doing. Awful service department. Had my Grand Cherokee in for AC repairs. Charged me $1700 to repair it. Took it home and within the week no AC again. Took it back to dealer and they Had my Grand Cherokee in for AC repairs. Charged me $1700 to repair it. Took it home and within the week no AC again. Took it back to dealer and they said sorry another $2500 in repair but we will cut you a great deal and only charge you another $1750. Clearly did not fix the problem the first time. Claimed another part broke. I call xx. Filed a complaint with Chrysler Corporate/Stellantis and they were no help. So I’m just out $1750. Go elsewhere. Ron in service talks to you like you are stupid. And the dealer never contacted me about my issue. Awful service. More
