From the moment I inquired about the vehicle I purchased, the communication was outstanding. Cody Bronson made my transaction quick and painless. The business manager and sales manager were very friendly and made sure I was satisfied before I left. This is my 10th car purchase from Tom O' Brien of Greenwood and Tom O' Brien of Indianapolis. I am positive it will not be my last purchase. More
Dropped my car off for 2 recalls and when I got the car back the windshield was cracked from top to bottom and they won't take responsibility. First they claimed they can't tell from cameras whether it was back the windshield was cracked from top to bottom and they won't take responsibility. First they claimed they can't tell from cameras whether it was cracked when I dropped it off, then they tried to say it's because of a small chip that they documented which has been on my windshield by the left edge of the driver's side for FIVE YEARS. The crack is emanating from a new chip in the top middle of windshield and there is another large dent in window behind rearview mirror, so something hit my windshield while in for servicing. They refuse to take care of the issue. More
It was a bit of a wait to get my car in for diagnosing (3.5 weeks) but the technician was friendly and gave good information and explanation of what was needed. (3.5 weeks) but the technician was friendly and gave good information and explanation of what was needed. More

This one didn't start off very well, especially after Wesley called to tell me the technician's diagnosis of the problem (oil leak, air oil separator - part failure), and then the price ($1500 plus) to r Wesley called to tell me the technician's diagnosis of the problem (oil leak, air oil separator - part failure), and then the price ($1500 plus) to repair it. When Wesley couldn't give me a direct answer for when the repair would be completed, citing a backorder on gaskets, I must admit... ...I was pretty hard on Wesley. Totally not his fault, but still, I was hard on the guy. My mistake! Apologies! When I heard "backordered" I started to imagine that I would be without my daily driver for 3-4 weeks or maybe even longer. Definitely a "first-world problem" but an inconvenience nonetheless. This is why I was completely shocked and delighted that the Jeep was ready for pickup a week later - dropped it off on Monday before Thanksgiving, picked it up the following Monday. The price of the repair came in below the estimate, too. Every little bit helps! The oil leak was sudden, so completely necessary that I brought the Jeep in ASAP without an appointment. That they were able to fit me in and repair it in a week, even with the delay in getting the right parts and below estimated cost are yet more reasons for me to continue working with Wesley, and the entire service team at Tom O'Brien CJDR at 96th St. More
Poor service, argumentative staff, documentation does not show what did or didn’t happen. Seems that service and previously the body shop are simply not interested in performing good customer service. show what did or didn’t happen.
