While waiting for the completion of my oil change (I was sent a coupon which priced the synthetic oil cheaper than doing it myself) I talked to a dozen of the staff. All were very courteous. A free complete check of filters , fluids and brakes were made in the service department and I was provided a list of items that needed to be addressed. I am "old school" and can do all of the maintenance items myself and welcomed not feeling any pressure from the service associate to have the maintenance done by the dealership. More

Went into the Tom Peacock Nissan with high expectations that we would get the deal we needed. Cesar was patient, understanding and at times frustrating.
