I went in without an appointment and was greeted by floor supervisor and then a representative Dwight. He was upbeat and very kind. Down to earth, heard my needs and let me know what the status of now was an supervisor and then a representative Dwight. He was upbeat and very kind. Down to earth, heard my needs and let me know what the status of now was and then walked me into the waiting area. I was only there for a little over an hour which was perfect. I will come back Thursday to have another service done and ask for him. The staff around was polite and most people spoke. I really like coming to this location. I would recommend this Nissan site for service needs based on this being the 4th time I came and same thing, always great. More
