Was greeted promptly upon my arrival to Service Department. Was told my Service Advisor would be with me shortly. Was greeted by my Service Advisor who asked my name and pulled up my appointment in Department. Was told my Service Advisor would be with me shortly. I went to the dealership today with my pre-approval from my credit union and I was informed they don't accept outside finance because they had issues last year collecting payment from outside lenders meanwh my credit union and I was informed they don't accept outside finance because they had issues last year collecting payment from outside lenders meanwhile the customers was already using the cars. I gave them another option to go to my CU to get the cashier check and come back for the car and that offer was declined. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this place before with no issues, I've referred my entire family to them and they still didn't care about my business. It doesn't make sense how I'm offering to get you the cashier check today and get the car off your hand and nobody can override whatever policy they have??I'm definitely never coming to this dealership ever again and I will never refer anybody else to this place-Don't buy from this place people, I'll be taking my business somewhere!! So, my sister and I are buying a car for my 73 year old mother. My sister shows up, and immediately gets a sales person to recommend a used Nissan Sentra for about 12k. The price is online, and she says t mother. My sister shows up, and immediately gets a sales person to recommend a used Nissan Sentra for about 12k. The price is online, and she says that our mother needs financing. The salesman says, no problem, what can you put down. We say, 5000 usd. Perfect. My sister gets an offer for 16k, with some extras. She agrees, we pay the 5k and the car gets delivered. Here where the fraud begins. The car starts having issues. Warped rotors, Ac not working. We take it back, they try to fix, and then the bank sends an statement saying we owe 16k, as if there was no down payment. We go back to the dealer, where their service department tells us that there is a code for the transmission, and that they need to change it, but they need authorization to do so. Second time around , the code magically disappears. So, no replacement. They are not addressing the discrepancy on the financing amount and the offer amount yet, so we are heading again tomorrow to deal with this. Notice that there was another review talking about the exact same scam. Looks like their financing department is scamming people left and right. Stay away from these guys. If they can, they will Rob you blind. To do this to a 73 year lady is criminal More
