While waiting for the completion of my oil change (I was sent a coupon which priced the synthetic oil cheaper than doing it myself) I talked to a dozen of the staff. All were very courteous. A free complete check of filters , fluids and brakes were made in the service department and I was provided a list of items that needed to be addressed. I am "old school" and can do all of the maintenance items myself and welcomed not feeling any pressure from the service associate to have the maintenance done by the dealership. More
