I’ve never really in my 30 years of living felt like I was treated poorly because of the color of my skin until today 3/12/21 at Tom Peacock Nissan. I went to the service/parts department to purchase a silicon key fob cover and a keychain. I walked up to the counter where the two items I still decided to purchase after feeling like shyt and treated like I was a thief from one of the employees behind the counter who never asked if I needed any assistance until I proceeded back to the front of the building to see where I should pay for my items to the employee saying hey sir do you plan on paying for that. Absolutely I had planned to pay for it I just didn’t know where to pay for it at since he was preoccupied with a female acquaintance who eventually left and he then got up and left me standing at the counter for another five minutes without even offering to check me out. I’m so mind blown because I’ve never been treated like this before or felt the way this guy made me feel. I will take my maintenance service fulfillment to another dealership definitely not one owned by Tom Peacock. What a tragedy. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt. More

We wanted to buy a used certified car. We found one online we were interested in and called to ask for their incentives and offers. We were told 0% interest, no payments for 90 days etc. none of which online we were interested in and called to ask for their incentives and offers. We were told 0% interest, no payments for 90 days etc. none of which was true. The salesman was rude and pushy and seemed annoyed doing his job that is based on commission! He even admitted that tactics to get people to come in and waste their time. BE AWARE! You will go to see the vehicle only to find out that $3-4 is added for "dealer added fees" wheel locks, door edge guards and a bunch of other bs. first, add your "dealer fees" to the online price and the other door edge guards and nitrogen is a bunch of bull. why wouldn't the Nissans already have these things? and if not, who said I wanted that? Other Nissan dealerships will warn you about this and their online prices are just that. I drive out of my way and should have gone to the transparent honest dealership. We ended up buying a new vehicle to avoid the nonsense and because we were told we could only get 0% interest on a new vehicle. I asked for the salesman to compare the certified used to the new after credit was pulled but instead, he brought us the same estimate that was given BEFORE the credit check. Come to find out, even with buying new we should have went elsewhere. Other Nissan dealerships had 2020 SR models for LESS than the 2020 S purchased as well as 2021 SV models for less. Save yourself $2-4 grand on new and used cars. I will be making a complaint to Nissan as well as BBB. More

Even thought I dropped off my car and had to work , she made sure I was kept in contact through the who everything I needed to take care of was done.
