Service advisor and his associates are always professional and ready to complete the repairs in a professional manner. Only issue is this is my THIRD battery issue that has been ongoing. Not sure, if it’s the quality of the battery by Nissan installed but always resulting in severe corrosion. I Will need follow-up w/ a better repair plan as the last 2 have FAILED. I did not replace the battery, yet till we can agree on a quality battery to be replaced. As I would have expected a quality battery and parts replaced to have been of quality the last time as Issues returning as the 1st. Not normal for the age, mileage or model of vehicle. I noticed it as window starts going down automatically and it indicates battery 🔋 issues, again. Dangerous when shopping to return to vehicle with its windows down. More

This is gonna be a long one. I give almost every place I go to 5-stars because I only really deduct for major mistakes. So understand that this 1-star is not given lightly. I bought my car 2 months ago a go to 5-stars because I only really deduct for major mistakes. So understand that this 1-star is not given lightly. I bought my car 2 months ago at Tom Peacock. I knew what I wanted and I knew my budget, but unfortunately my ideal car was not available. The rep, however, proposed a newer year for a few thousand over my budget, which I politely declined unless he'd lower the price. Instead of doing so, he haggled and haggled to get me to raise my budget, lying and saying I couldn't afford it due to the extra fees. Remember that, it'll be important later. He then proceeded to get up and "talk to a manager" about lowering the price no less than 4 times! I was about to walk out but then he brought out another guy to talk me into raising my budget. I still didn't budge and they finally decided to accept my deal that I proposed from the start, and let me sign the papers right before they closed (this process took more than 4 hours). Hooray right? Oh no. Not at all. They raised the listed price of the vehicle that they had online, and instead made me pay $700 more! The rep lied to my face and said I couldn't afford it, and then rushed me through the paperwork a few minutes before closing so I wouldn't read it thoroughly. They also lowered my trade in value by $100 with no warning. Sounds pretty scummy if you ask me. Lastly, the car's front emergency brake sensor malfunctions a few minutes into the drive, and the front brakes are making a high pitched squeal when activated at low speed. After calling about this, they said these issues are not covered under warranty, despite them popping up in the first week! (This may have been my mistake as I did not notice them during my initial inspection). The kicker? The car I bought is NISSAN CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED- one of their "good cars" that they check to verify its integrity? Garbage. I guess the moral of this story is don't EVER feel rushed by a car salesman, they want your money not your respect. Also, I'm gonna be petty now- my license and registration came in more than a month ago and they notified me of this by calling me ONE single time. They only now are mailing them because I had to call AGAIN to check if they arrived. Why not just mail it in the first place?? Or call again?? Tom Peacock Nissan clearly does not care about its customers. More
