"Best buying experience" I have had my share of buying experiences and dealings with automotive dealerships over he past 30 years. Once we decided to purchase a new SUV we beg I have had my share of buying experiences and dealings with automotive dealerships over he past 30 years. Once we decided to purchase a new SUV we began our search and I began digging into the details and values of both the new SUV's we were looking at as well as my trade. We finally narrowed it down the the Mazada CX5 and the list of options we were looking for, spent a week calling various dealers in an attempt to get the best price and then make our visit to purchase. Our first stop was another Mazada dealer who over the phone had the best price, but once we made the visit it seemed there was one issue after another, they couldn't get the vehicle we were looking at, then they priced it wrong and by the time we were done the price went up almost $2,000 and wasn't the vehicle we originaly planned for. Well needless to say we walked out and began making calls again. I spoke with all the deaelrs very frankly on what we were looking for and expected, I told Chris I was concerned as they were the furthest dealer from us, and did not really plan to go that far to buy, but my fist impression with Chris was great and made me feel comfortable so I wanted to give him a chance. He called me back with what he stated was their best price, we reviewed the options and the realted cost and what I was looking at for trades. Well that morning Chris was the only one to call me back with good information in a timely manner and gave me a good comfortable feeling so my wife and I headed out to Tom Roush that was over and hour and a half away. We got there Chris had the CX5 ready for us and got my trade looked at right away. We met up and and then it was time as he stated to see if the numbes we talked about on the phone were still good, I thought here we go, there will be something different, something missed and its going to be more than explected. Well Chris comes back sets down and tells its all good, the numbers were verified it is was just what we talked about. I was shocked. I got what ended up being the best deal I could find searching all the dealers within 90 minutes of us, there was no going back and forth no questions, just a staight forward good deal from the start. Shortly there after we were heading home in our new CX5 very happy, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris was great to deal with as was eveyone we encountered during our purchase. Thanks Chris and everyone at Tom Roush. More
