Well upon my service visit I ended up looking at and purchasing another Lincoln MKX. I still had alot of christmas shopping to do and was really in a rush to get my oil change and leave I was interested in the new purchase but didn't have the time. Well Mark Gruber "The General Sales Manager" suggested I take his demo vehicle to finish my shopping and they would contact me when the process was finished. This really touched me that Mark showed his concern for me to finish my errands and shopping for the day and not tie me up waiting on the completion of the approval process. Also, I must mention the demo vehicle was outstanding and I enjoyed driving it with the new up to date technology. Thank You My Tom Roush Dealership, now I see why I drive all the way to Westfield.
