Tom Roush is GREAT! Denny at Tom Roush did an excellent job of answering all questions and patiently worked with us as we finally decided to purchase a 2017 Lincoln Conti Denny at Tom Roush did an excellent job of answering all questions and patiently worked with us as we finally decided to purchase a 2017 Lincoln Continental. He demonstrated many of the electronic features. My wife was recuperating from a motor vehicle accident, so he said we could return later to get answers to other questions. We are pleased with our Lincoln. This is the second Lincoln we have bought from Tom Roush, and we have found the sales personnel to be very honest and forthright, and their service dept. is great, too. By the way, Denny recently was unavailable (it was his day off) and another salesman, Roger Pitcock, provided very clear explanations of how to make various electronic settings to personalize various features. He was very patient and carefully gave detailed instructions. By the way, two different physicians and an EMT told my wife she was very lucky to be alive following her accident in January, 2018, which totaled her car. We are convinced our Lincoln MKZ saved her life! More
