First time dealing with Tom Sparks and it won't be the last. Prior to our purchases we talked with people in parking lots if we saw the Sparks name on the vehicle and all had great things to say about sa last. We purchased 2 SUVs (Buick Envision and a Honda CRV this week and worked with Ruben Perez as well as Dan G when Ruben had a day off. Ruben and Dan were knowledgeable about the products on the lot, patient with both of us - we hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years so this was a learning experience! We were also allowed to take the cars to our mechanic for a vehicle inspection, which we appreciated. It's a smaller dealership with a sales force that has been there a long time. I would highly recommend Tom Sparks and in a heatbeat would purchase again from them. Never felt pressured and Ruben was absolutely great to work with. You can tell when they want to know their customer's needs and meet those needs. Thanks Tom Sparks! More

I was very upset when I found out my car that was there for service was going to be very expensive to fix. In reality it wasn't worth fixing. Bob was truthful and I appreciate his honesty. His sense of humor made my bad night turn into a good one. He helped me get financed and showed vehicles within my budget. Really enjoyed working with him. The next day Rubin walked me threw the pile of paperwork. He was so organized and it went real smooth. Bob from service came into the office to make sure Rubin was treating me right.
