I had a strong suspicion the transmission was going out on my 2012 Ford Focus. I had positive feedback from Buick owners. My cousin and her husband recently bought a used Buick at Tom Sparks. They had bought numerous used cars at that dealership too. I was given a ride in the Buick they had recently purchased a few years ago and really liked that car. I knew the size of the car I wanted too. I wanted a Buick Encor, so I went shopping last Sunday. Tom Sparks had three of them on their lot. I fell in love with the tan interior of the blue of the one. I came back the next day and test drove it. I decided I wanted that car and filled out the paperwork before I left. I came back the next day and bought it. The staff is knowledgeable and cordial. The previous place I had my vehicles serviced at said it was one of the places I could go for good service at a reasonable price. The more time I spend in my Encor the more I like it. I have no buyer's remorse. I am looking forward to a long-term relationship at Tom Sparks. More

First time dealing with Tom Sparks and it won't be the last. Prior to our purchases we talked with people in parking lots if we saw the Sparks name on the vehicle and all had great things to say about sa last. We purchased 2 SUVs (Buick Envision and a Honda CRV this week and worked with Ruben Perez as well as Dan G when Ruben had a day off. Ruben and Dan were knowledgeable about the products on the lot, patient with both of us - we hadn't purchased a vehicle in 10 years so this was a learning experience! We were also allowed to take the cars to our mechanic for a vehicle inspection, which we appreciated. It's a smaller dealership with a sales force that has been there a long time. I would highly recommend Tom Sparks and in a heatbeat would purchase again from them. Never felt pressured and Ruben was absolutely great to work with.
