Great will go back again did what they said,had a issue with brakes said rust build up would been ok 2 to 3 weeks if not wold take care of it. Great Car Buying Experience A few months ago a Cadillac SRX caught my eye. I test drove it and loved it. The price range was right but the timing was not so good -- tax time was A few months ago a Cadillac SRX caught my eye. I test drove it and loved it. The price range was right but the timing was not so good -- tax time was upon me. So, I decided to wait. I drive by the dealership daily en route to my son's school. Another SRX caught my attention yesterday and I immediately called the salesperson to make an appoinment to view it. While I did not like the color that much, the car was what I "thought" I wanted. While Brad went to get the key, I looked over and saw a Gray Ford Edge. I fell in love with the color, size, price -- everything! I test drove it, showed it to my husband, said I wanted it and I was able to bring it home that evening! How amazing and trusting is that! The buying process the today was the easiest I've ever experienced and I understood everything. Great sales and financing people were there to help me. I'm very appreciative of that. More

Then I came across a dealership that I had right in my own neighborhood, 'Tom Sparks Auto'. I stopped in one Friday after work quick to check them out, no salesperson came out to attack me while I perused the lot, but when I was ready with some questions, Ruben was available to answer my inquiries, and without any sales pressure, he let me go on my way to think about the options available. Well, I returned on Saturday and within a couple hours I drove my new/used 2016 Nissan Altima home! At a great price, super low mileage, with the low interest financing I hoped for. I will definitely refer them to anyone looking for a great overall auto buying adventure. More
