My husband and I were in downtown DeKalb on one of those beautiful April mornings. A few days earlier, we found ourselves unexpectedly in need of another car, and thought we would walk over to Tom Sparks Au beautiful April mornings. A few days earlier, we found ourselves unexpectedly in need of another car, and thought we would walk over to Tom Sparks Auto to see what they had available. My husband immediately saw a 2019 Honda HR-V (amidst 2 Lots of nice vehicles), and knew it was what he wanted! The price was great! The salesman, Brad Mayo, was very pleasant, helpful, and not pushy! We decided on that vehicle. The whole process, from seeing/driving the vehicle to signing the paperwork took less than 2 hours! Brad Mayo (sales), Reuben Perez (finance), and Sue (reception-who also offered us homemade pastry!), were so very pleasant! The atmosphere was most comfortable! It was a very pleasurable experience, and we are very happy with our purchase!! We will be returning there, to the Service Department, for maintenance on all our vehicles. If another car is in the cards, it’s to Tom Sparks we will go. We highly recommend Tom Sparks Auto for both vehicle selection, and customer service!!!
