Hidden Fees and Keeping Keys. Prior to my repair, I had asked for a written quote and received a fair quote for service. While at Tom Wood Ford I asked for an oil change and a price. I authorize the pricing and move forward. What wasn't expected, after all work was complete, were the "shop supplies" that were not quoted. These were not discussed prior to the work being performed and were unknown. Although having a written quote, and a verbal quote, a service fee of $41.57 was added. Prior to any work being done make sure you ask about all fees because if you tell them, it wasn't part of the quote, they won't remove them, and they will refuse to give you your keys. Very disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer. More
