I had a warranty repair and tried to schedule with Pearson Ford (the original dealer). They were Astronomically rude, told me they didnt have time, and legit sent me away with the recommendation I go Pearson Ford (the original dealer). Tom Wood was close and highly recommended. I booked online, was scheduled immediately, used the chat function to ensure I was prepared, and headed to the facility. they were FANTASTIC. excellent communication, fully resolved the issue, managed updates, ubered me to where I needed to be when the repair was going to take more time. Ended up in a brand new rental for the weekend until they got the part that needed replaced. I rarely write these, and, if I'm honest, it's usually only for bad experiences; but I'd be happy act as a reference. DeWayne Hudson was my advisor. The whole experience was so well managed I can't think of a single complaint. 5 stars More
Was told it would be a wait situation and it turned out to be all day after I waited almost 2 hours. So I went home and was called that the car was ready to get picked up. They got my car In quick, diagnosed the problem quickly, and repaired it quickly without a prior appointment. My visit had not been this great in the past so I was very pleased. Service went a little long waiting for a part but all went well. I received an email telling me I need an alignment which I was aware also said I needed a new cabin and air filter. This is strange as the air filter was replaced the day before service. This concerns me and makes me wonder if my rear brakes needed service or not if they could not tell the filter was brand new. I had to drive 30 minutes to get a recall fix, and I was told it over the phone it would be a two hour wait (3:30 appointment time). When I arrived, I was informed that yes, it’s about a two or three hour fix, but their technicians all go home at 4:30, so they would have to keep my car overnight. I had to make arrangements, and was able to make it work, thankfully. They offered a fee Uber ride to the dealership the next day if I was within a 30 minute drive, so I might have ended up being charged for it depending on traffic. Communication with them was spotty, they provided a website to communicate through, and they never received any of my messages. Of course, they offered to do about $1,200 worth of work on my vehicle when all I wanted was a recall fix and an oil change. When I picked up my vehicle, it took them a little while to assist me, even though I was the only customer in the service department. The technician was nice enough to pull my car around, but forgot to open the garage door for me so I could leave. Did they fix the recall issue and change my oil? Yes. Did they communicate well and give me all necessary information so that I wouldn’t waste valuable time? Absolutely not. I won’t be eager to go back to them for anything in the future. I told myself, I wouldn’t leave a review, but they’ve sent me about 6 emails and texts asking me to do so, so here we are. The website won’t let me submit a review unless I rate a specific person, and none of the people listed is anyone I worked with. More
