We had the most pleasant experience shopping for a Honda Odyssey. George Hanna was our salesman. He was helpful and patient. I had my choices narrowed down to 3 vehicles, the Pilot, the Passport, or the Odyssey minivan. I wanted to test drive all 3, and George made it happen. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me to further narrow down my choice to the minivan for our current family of 4 (2 adults and 2 dogs). I made an appointment for my husband to come in the following week to test drive two different Odyssey trims. Before it was all over, I had decided on a different trim and a different color, which they had to get from another location, but had it there in a day. We made the choice and went back the next day to fill out the paperwork. We drove our new vehicle home that day. I might add, they are dog friendly. If you have dogs that are like family, you know that means a lot. More

Appointments are easy to get scheduled. I try to get the first appointment at 0800. But it’s frustrating the door isn’t opened at that time. I have always been pleased with the service department at Tom Wood Honda. They listen, and treat me as a person, which really makes me feel comfortable trusting them to do their best to help me.
