I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. I've never had better experience with any dealer, and I've owned over 100 cars, American, Japanese British, French, Italian, and German. I purchased Honda OEM parts at a dealership online and thought I’d have time to do the job but I don’t. I made an appointment at Tom Wood Honda of Anderson and they said that they would install the Honda thought I’d have time to do the job but I don’t. I made an appointment at Tom Wood Honda of Anderson and they said that they would install the Honda OEM parts after they performed a diagnosis and confirmed that that was the issue. So I made an appointment that was booked two weeks out and then the day before I get a call from Lisa that says that they’re canceling my appointment because they cannot install parts that a customer provides. It’s not an AutoZone part. It’s Honda OEM parts (evaporator core and expansion valve)still in the manufacturers, packaging and sealed. I have three kids that are driving around with no AC when it’s 100 degrees out and Tomwood Honda just ruined our weekend and the rest of the summer because I still don’t have time to do this job. Lisa had no problem doing this when I scheduled the appointment and then all of a sudden it’s an issue. She was 100% aware that it was a Honda OEM part and that I had already purchased it from a dealership. It’s a Honda OEM part. What does it matter if I purchase it from your dealership or the dealership down the road? I will change my review if you guys actually do the work that you promised me you would do. Cannot believe you guys! Such a disappointment and I will be sure to spread the word as much as I can about this. Thanks. More
