I initially went into the I am a first-time car buyer, and had the pleasure of working with Jordan Jessup for my purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. I initially went into the dealership looking at a 2016 Civic, but there were some concerns about the vehicle's history. Jordan did not try to push the Civic, but rather tried to find me the best deal within my criteria and budget. In the end he directed me to the Accord, which he was able to offer for a great, fair price. Jordan doesn't barter because he doesn't sandbag his price like one might expect. He truly does everything to try to find the best deal for YOU. Jordan also helped me consider different payment options (even though he does not handle the financing - because he is genuinely invested in the customer!) Caitlin was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the different coverages and financing options. She was even able to find a better APR by comparing a few different banks. She was also considerate enough to ask my approval before comparing the bank options. The only complaint is that she did seem to impatiently rush through things, but that could have been because we were closing the sale at 10:00 pm. Overall it was a great experience and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase my first vehicle from Jordan at Tom Wood Honda! More

We test drove to DQ where he bought us blizzards and showed us the value of sunroof as we ate ice creamy deliciousness. Then, he sharpened his pencil and gave us a deal $4k under price listed. How could we say no at that point? We didn’t. More

Service was Great, Customer Service was dismal Service performed was of great and they were very helpful with a loaner as I needed some substantial work done. My major disappointment was when I drove into the bay and the first representative that approached me, it was not a 'welcome', more like a 'what are you in here for. The rep pulled my vehicle history report and accused me of improperly maintaining my vehicle since he could not find service records on the report. I assured him that I have performed regular service intervals (actually I go in around 50% of oil life left) and was willing to show him all the service history; he was not interested in my records but stuck with the idea that I did not take care of my vehicle. I went in for several items including transmission service per my online request; the rep. said I was probably experiencing problems because I do not take care of my vehicle; I am pretty sure I was in there to have service done and address the trouble areas; so why accuse the customer of doing improper service when they are there for help in the first place (I was within reasonable timeline of mileage requirement for transmission service anyway). Besides the overall approach with this representative, the rest of the experience was great. My car runs great, it was cleaned up well and the loaner I had was very nice. I would recommend this dealer-service for sure; hopefully this feedback with help them address their approach to new customers. After I agreed to due a full tune up for over $2k, the service representative did totally change his interaction with me (ie: started using "Sir" in conversation). More

I am a single mom and extremely skeptical based on a previous experience buying a car from a different local dealership that was deceptive. The initial transaction at Tom Wood was very confusing, frustrating and stressful. I was not presented with the car I came to purchase. After discussing with the Sales Manager (Zach), it was verbally agreed that the lower price on the right car would be honored. It was not, but I didn’t realize this until after the paperwork was signed, and he denied this ever happened (ALWAYS READ EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU SIGN EVEN IF THEY SAY ITS FOR A WARANNTY-expensive lesson learned). While I cant speak to these quick and sketchy sales tactics and ethics (or lack thereof for the Sales Manager) I can say enough about the quality of character of the initial Sales person (Aaron) and Matt (finance manager). Where I brought areas of concern to the GM, Damien, they were addressed absolutely immediately, and with care and concern. I appreciated that they understood they weren’t selling me a car, but earning my trust and were very patient in educating me about the transaction in person in the days that followed. They are committed to getting it right, and if they didn’t, to make it right. I recommend working with any of the staff I have reviews. I did not rate the other staff member because I don’t find giving a negative rating helpful when the issue has been addressed. I just will look to alternative staff when I return as I look forward to using this dealership in the future years for repairs and sales. The leadership, patience, and care is quality and so appreciated from the staff and leadership. Thank you for your kindness and help to me and my family for years to come. More
