This was a wonderful experience I went to five Honda dealerships when looking for a used CR-V and by far Tom Wood Honda was the best in all aspects. I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone I had contact with; from the person answering the phone to the salesman, Mark Calland. as well as Caitlin McConnell who walked me through all the paper work.
