I'm glad I drove by 4 honda dealers to get a deal at TW Zack at Tom Wood Honda offered me a fair price on the exact model I wanted. I drove 50 miles to give them a shot at my business but I was also prepared for the normal gimmicks and inconveniences. To my surprise I was out testing the car within a couple minutes of arriving. I really liked the car but I came back and asked to drive a higher trim model to make sure. Zack said "sure let me get the keys." "We want you to be completely happy". So far so good. I decided to go with the car I had been give a price on before I showed up and again (based on my experience at some other dealers) I was expecting something to change like an extra fee or a change in finance terms. Nope, the deal was exactly what Zack offered me down to the penny. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, no haggling plus Tom Wood's price beat the pants off the same model at a few other dealers I had negotiated with closer to my home. How refreshing! Oh, the test drive gift was cool and when I was doing the paperwork they gave me the free maintenance coupons. Your experience may be different but I was able to get a great deal at Tom Wood without all the usual new car shopping headaches. Good Luck! More

Friendly staff but didn't get the service I requested I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful however when I got home and looked over the paperwork I I made an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I called the office and scheduled another appointment to get that done. He apologized and was polite. I thought the customer service was great but am a little aggravated I have to make another appt to finish the service that should have been done the first time. More

Service Went in for scheduled oil change. Advised of an issue with LF tire losing air. Oil change went well, TPMS had to be removed, resealed and reinstalled. Went in for scheduled oil change. not sure I would at this point In the past I have been very happy with TWH. This visit was for an oil change and need the battery checked - assuming I would need a new one. While my car was at TWH the front L axle broke, then a bolt broke... .. when I picked up my car, there was a piece on the inside door that was "popped out", grease on my floor mat. Also, the tires were to be aligned... car still shakes at 55mph. I realize some things can't be helped...but was very disappointed this time.... seem I should have had a discount on something. More
