We have had four Lexus. Today was the most disappointing of all. We had to fight to get a car while ours was being fixed. Then we picked it up today and it was not washed. We spent over $400 and when we picked the car up, Lexus had not addressed our door trim issue. They also neglected to give us an estimate for our. damage to a wheel cover. I was so disappointed by not even acknowledging all of the issues we had with our car, but the fact that we had to fight to get a loaner and that it was not cleaned, and we had no estimates. This is not seem like the Tom Wood Lexus that we have been trading with and buying from for the last 15 years. Has there been some change that we are not aware of? If not, then we will be looking for another dealer. We have been with you for years, but by far this was the most disappointing experience that we have ever had. We would rate you a one on a 10 scale for this visit. We are forced to bring our car in for the trim that we thought was going to be taken care of at this visit. Again, very disappointing. The least you could do is clean our car out on this next visit top to bottom. If you don’t, we will be going on for a Google review and looking elsewhere for other cars. This is the only time we have ever complained about Tom Wood Lexus. We will not be a customer for our next cars unless you do something to right this wrong. To conclude, it was extremely disappointing that our two areas of concern were not addressed. And when we came in, they were still not addressed. We are very disappointed after many years of loyalty.
