I had an extremely positive experience at Tom Wood Lexus. From the time I was greeted through the sales process, everyone was very friendly and professional. The waiting area is ample and you don’t feel cramped. The restrooms are very nice and clean and the Service bay appears clean and well organized. Sam Shobe worked extremely hard to find me the car I would be happy with. I recommend him to everyone. I previously had a BMW and was very happy with the service department at that dealership and didn’t think it could be matched however, my experience so far at Tom Wood Lexus has been even better. Everyone was very professional and helpful I was able to get in for an appointment in under 24 hours. Only issue was the appointment lasted more than 3 hours and I was updated a couple of times early on, to get in for an appointment in under 24 hours.
