My service associate, Dakota A. is great!! Dakota is always on top of my service progress, and he always cleans the inside of my windshield himself, because I’m unable to do it myself. That shows me that customer satisfaction is important to him. Tom Wood Lexus has some great staff! More

The service department did a very detailed inspection on my Lexus RX350. Being an older vehicle it needed servicing on various issues. Liz Smith did an outstanding job in explaining each item that could cau my Lexus RX350. Being an older vehicle it needed servicing on various issues.
