Every experience I’ve ever had at Tom Wood Porsche has been exceptional. So many good things: 1. An engine fault warning popped up on my dashboard, the Wednesday before Labor Day. I went online and found I could book an appointment after lunch the next day. 2. I got there on time and was greeted by Shane, and immediately offered a cold bottle of water, as well as a place to work remotely. Surprise and delight #2. 3. Shane gave me a detailed diagnosis and update after just over an hour. It needed a new ignition coil for cylinder #4. Told me what I could expect as far as next steps. 4. At 4:30 Shane texted me (since I was on a conference call) to tell me the work was complete, the car has been test driven, and was ready for me. 5. I never expected that my issue could be fixed that same afternoon. And under the certified preowned warranty with no cost to me. 6. In between phone calls I ordered a shirt from Parts. Andrew was a new face, but extremely polite, personable and helpful. A most pleasant and topnotch experience. More
