I had not had the best experiences with Tom Wood in the past. In fact, I had brought my vehicle in back in April 2025 because I knew something was wrong, only to leave with the same unresolved issue. I lived with that frustration for more than a year. So when I came back in August 2026, I was understandably hesitant and had very little confidence that my concerns would actually be heard or addressed. Then I was connected with Michael Manns. From the very beginning, Michael made it clear that he wasn’t just trying to get my vehicle serviced—he was focused on winning back my trust. He listened to me. Really listened. He didn't rush me, dismiss my concerns, or make me feel like I was imagining the problem. He was patient, attentive, warm, and genuinely cared about what I was experiencing. One of the biggest things that stood out to me was that Michael took a concern I had reported the previous year that had never been properly addressed and made sure it was investigated. He arranged for a full diagnostic to be performed so that I could finally get answers. Most importantly, he validated my concerns and made sure the issue was actually resolved. That meant so much to me. After spending over a year knowing something wasn't right with my vehicle and feeling like I wasn't being heard, having someone finally say, in essence, "I hear you, let's figure this out" made all the difference. Michael also went above and beyond to make the entire service experience as easy as possible. He made sure I had a loaner vehicle for the duration of the service, and he kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. I never felt like I had to chase him down for an update or wonder what was happening. He communicated with me regularly, kept me informed about what they were finding, and made sure I knew where things stood. That level of communication gave me peace of mind and showed me that my vehicle—and my concerns—had not been forgotten. What impressed me most wasn't just what Michael did—it was how he did it. He was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I left feeling heard and taken care of. Customer service like this is what earns someone's trust back. He didn't just service my vehicle; he changed my perception of the dealership and gave me a reason to come back.
