We had the best experience at Tom Wood Subaru on Friday. Service was excellent and Wilfred Chen was so helpful. We were having our car serviced and rear brake pads on our Subaru Forester. During the service Service was excellent and Wilfred Chen was so helpful. We were having our car serviced and rear brake pads on our Subaru Forester. During the service several other things needed to be fixed. Wilfred then offered us a courtesy car so we didn’t have to wait for the repairs to be completed. Wilfred kept us informed and was so courteous. Looking forward to our next service interval. More

Worked with Peyton Dorsey for my 2026 Outback Touring XT purchase. He was great. I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and this was the best experience I have had. He was very professional, took his time with us, asked us several times if we had any other questions. I had done hours of research .....watched may youtube videos... and some of my questions....I thought I knew the answer to....he was right on. I often do this with salesmen or women....to make sure they know their product. We were not financing, so we only had to deal with Peyton, not handed off to another person. He even suggested we call him to set up service appointments, so he would be our contact person at the dealership. I have bought around 20 cars in my life time and this has been by far my best experience. More
