What a terrible experience, was told that I was approved by my sales man Mike. Told that I just had to come in and sign the papers...when and paid my deposit in cash and was told to come back later because by my sales man Mike. After sitting there for hours left with nothing, Was talked to like garbage and Could not even get my $ back until the next day......NEVER Again and NEVER would tell anyone to go here....Complete waste of my time, gas and aggravation...... I had a very specific car I was looking to purchase, the dealership did not have the car in stock. I asked if they could get it, they were unwilling to go outside of their normal search area. I then broad dealership did not have the car in stock. I asked if they could get it, they were unwilling to go outside of their normal search area. I then broadened my criteria for the new vehicle. They said they could get the vehicle in three (3) days, I said ok and put down a $500 deposit. Five days later I still did not hear anything about the vehicle. I called back mid-day on the 5th day to get an update, my phone call was not returned until 9pm that evening saying that he did not have an update. He said he would speak to the general manager and get back to me by mid-day the following day, 2pm rolls around still no return phone call. I called up my sales rep. once again, he proceeded to tell me that the car had not been ordered because they needed my signature on a document in order to place the order for the vehicle. He then proceeded to tell me that the manager would call me back in 1/2 hour; he did not. I waited nearly two (2) hours. Nothing. I would stay far away. More
