The exact configuration you wanted is very limited. There were only a couple dealers that had the vehicle on the East Coast. One was sold (held by deposit) and the other we weren't able to get from the dealer. Again I'm sorry that it didn't work out. Jay, As I said I believe you helped as much as you could, but we were never told "subject to locate", because we were told it was located and none of these problems would have arrised if we were told Saturday or Monday that the car wasn't available not 3 business days later on day of pick up. Communication and honesty would have prevented all of this from happening. Also, to the lack of experience and training, we weren't told about the drivetrain warranty as well. I understand making a sale is number one priority, but the way it went about was very sad. We did locate a Jetta at another VW dealer in PA that we are in the process of buying. Thank you for your help.
