i would have rated a 5 star, but i was not very happy with how long my service took. i had a scheduled repair for 10:00 am on 7/5. i arrived on time and was greeted by a nice young lady named Mary. i wa with how long my service took. i had a scheduled repair for 10:00 am on 7/5. i arrived on time and was greeted by a nice young lady named Mary. i was there for a recall fix on our 2021 santa fe where they had to remove and reinstall the windshield. after i set in the waiting area i could see no one had touched our car by 11:15. i then asked Mary what was up. she told me the guy from the glass company was late getting there and would start on our car soon. but everything was not completed until 1:30. i was told the job would take up to 2 hours but i sat there for 3.5 hours. had i known that i would have had the car dropped off. your employees were all very nice, no complaints about them, i'll blame it on the glass company More
