They were all fair, reasonable, patient, knowledgeable and nice to work with. The facility was nice, typical expectations were met, and other reviews do reinforce this. Price. We did get a decent price, as Hyundai probably sliced the price to make way for next year's model, and I say this because I saw multiple dealerships talking about a similar discount. However, the dealership didn't give us margin on their end, as I'm 100% sure that they could have, and hence the 4-stars. More

Promised not kept I left my CD in my trade-in. In spite of multiple promises I still have not received it...almost three weeks later. My latest email to Doug and m I left my CD in my trade-in. In spite of multiple promises I still have not received it...almost three weeks later. My latest email to Doug and my phone call to Harry have both been ignored or at least not returned. This has left me unhappy with my overall experience, especially since both men made a great effort to let me know how much they would do for me AFTER the sale. Surprise...they haven't. I actually bought an extended warranty, a first ever for me, based on the promises of both these men. Now I am regretting that purchase because I feel they will not live up to the promises made in regards to that purchase either. More

PURCHASE MY SON'S FIRST CAR My son was very nervous about picking out his first car. I was nervous as well because I'm not one to enjoy the haggling of price. When we met Devon My son was very nervous about picking out his first car. I was nervous as well because I'm not one to enjoy the haggling of price. When we met Devon and he took us out on a couple test drives he was very pleasant and non pushy. It was easy for my son to fall in love with just the 2nd car he test drove. The paperwork was simple and painless. The price seemed very straight forward, I did not walk out feeling like we were ripped off or paid to much. I would definitely recommend Tonkin, especially for those people who have had not so good experiences at other car dealerships. More
