Maybe a good deal. I hate the car buying process. I want to know the price, make a decision and be done. I used the Internet to get offers from the three Honds dealers i I hate the car buying process. I want to know the price, make a decision and be done. I used the Internet to get offers from the three Honds dealers in town. Gresham Honda was about 2 k cheaper. They stuck with their price but there were extras not included in the quote and it still took about 2.5 hours to complete the sale. The finance manager was a little pushy with the extended warranty and decidedly cooler when we said no. Not awful but he was clearly irritated with us. More

Only gave one star because I had to rate the dealership. Mr. Doan was rude and very condescending. Tuesday we dealt with Dame, great guy! Came back Wednesday to purchase the Nissan Murano. Dame was not available and introduced us to Mr. Doan. Without any hesitation was told by Mr. Doan the vehicle sold during Black Friday. I told him no, I just test drove it yesterday (Tuesday). Again very rude his reply was, well I have been off the last two days. Also informed us that we were not the only people in the Portland area looking for a good used car. Kept trying to get us to look at vehiicles above out price range. When we finally said no enough times he got the hint. I think. He went inside and before we got in our vehicles he came back out and said he had solved the mystery about the Nissan Murano. Said it went to auction that morning. Of course had we been told on Tuesday the car was going to auction the next we probably would have purchased the Murano that day More
