Feel like I got ripped off. Once I decided on the truck I wanted to buy the Ford Friends and Family discount mysteriously went away and so did the special 3.99% financing which Once I decided on the truck I wanted to buy the Ford Friends and Family discount mysteriously went away and so did the special 3.99% financing which all the sudden jumped to 7.06%. Worse than that the $10,000 discount off the previous truck I looked at soon turned to next nothing discount off the list price on the truck I wanted. Just had an overall terrible experience at Tony Betten Ford and it sucks because I’ve been loyal to Ford and Tony Betten having bought my other truck from them 9 years ago with no problem. This time was a problem. I don’t recommend Tony Betten because they couldn’t care less about you. They will rip you off like they did me. From the sales guy I tried to work with to the financing was all a terrible experience. The even worse problem is they didn’t even take the time to show me how to use all the features the truck has. Emailed the sales manger to see if I could could come back in to have someone show me how to use the truck’s features and never heard back from him. Terrible experience. Do not buy from Tony Betten Ford. More
