This was my third time buying a vehicle at this particular dealership, and the 8th Honda I have owned in my lifetime. This was also the second time, purchasing a car from Steve. Steve is one of the most trustworthy car salesman I have ever encountered and I would definitely buy a vehicle from him again in the future. The Most important thing I value in buying a car is not having a pushy salesman. Steve is very friendly and patient and made the process effortless . I absolutely love my new HRV and hope to purchase another one in another 3 to 5 years. The brand sells itself. The only thing I did not like about my experience is the price is listed on the website or not the actual price. The true prices are several thousand dollars more than the listed MSRP which was quite a shock. This has nothing to do with the sales people, but the dealership itself. I feel that this is a dishonest practice, and feel that it would be much better to have the true cost on the website so that customers can really see what vehicles fit their specific budget. After doing a lot of research, this appears to be common practice, so it’s not just honda. Overall great experience I got a safe and reliable vehicle and plan on purchasing another vehicle in the future from this dealership. More

I wish I could give a NO STAR rating. These guys will sell you a car and later will only give you the WORST customer service for repairs and service. My car had a recall and they told me my car didn't quality! I call Honda USA and they told me absolutely my transmission on my Honda CRV was on recall. Called Tony Honda Hilo again and they said I would have to pay $200 for diagnostics before they could confirm the problem. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU will regret it. More
