Lori is the saving grace at this place It should never happen that a scheduled oil change takes 4 hours An appointment is not a ‘check in ‘ time which then gives you the okay to have people wait for hou happen that a scheduled oil change takes 4 hours An appointment is not a ‘check in ‘ time which then gives you the okay to have people wait for hours even tho you are willing to drive them somewhere that is no excuse Your mechanics etc are not careful of other peoples vehicles and tear it apparent without being careful and then don’t put it back together neatly. They act as if they could care less about someone’s property Without Lori being there I would never return. Would drive to Kona instead. Paid a lot and truthfully watched carefully. Only working on vehicle for about 1 hour and was charged for at least 3 in my opinion More
