Ryu filled in for my regular service advisor who was on a scheduled day off. It was for second diagnostics on intermittent brake problems. He had the unfortunate task of giving me the bad news of the repai scheduled day off. It was for second diagnostics on intermittent brake problems. He had the unfortunate task of giving me the bad news of the repair estimate. I thanked him and picked up the car since I was not about to commit to the repairs at that time. I am currently working with my regular advisor in getting repairs done. Ryu was very good at communicating the cost estimate of repair in a calm and professional manner. While I was not happy with the estimate itself, I did appreciate Ryu’s professionalism and candor. More

I had anticipated a lengthy resolution to the issue on my Ridgeline. The initial inspection did not replicate the problem which was water intrusion into the cab of my Ridgeline. Ryu made arrangements to send the truck to a body shop for further investigation and possible resolution. The truck is back, inspected and the necessary sealant applied. My kudos to Ryu....Arigatou !
