Service writer claims I switched out the remote keys. I brought in two keys: one with a low battery and the other my spare which was fine. If the key that should have been changed still signaled low batter brought in two keys: one with a low battery and the other my spare which was fine. If the key that should have been changed still signaled low battery why would I switch out with the key that works? I don’t think her worker changed the key out like they said they did. That being said, now when they tell me they did something on my car I’ll always be wondering if they did it or not. More
