Set amount for labor charges Had to pay a total labor charge of 6 hours when repair took only 4 hours. When you are being charged $127 per hour, that's a lot of money! The Service Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowlegable. The only problem I have is that to trouble shoot problems with my Mercedes, I need to get on a waiting list until a Mercedes specialist knowlegable.
