The Service Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowlegable. The only problem I have is that to trouble shoot problems with my Mercedes, I need to get on a waiting list until a Mercedes specialist knowlegable. My Mercedes has been on the waiting list since June because of having a very rough idle in the mornings or when the engine is cold. More
