Had appointment got there own time actually a little ahead of time, they got the truck back to do oil change and tire rotation pretty promptly. they put the truck on the rack done the oil change put the ahead of time, they got the truck back to do oil change and tire rotation pretty promptly. they put the truck on the rack done the oil change put the truck back on the ground brung it out and said it was done. I asked if they had rotated the tires they had not, had to carry it back in and put it back on the rack and rotate the tires. This is the second time I have had this happen at your dealership. Paid to have oil changed and tires rotated and twice now I have had to make it go back in and rotate the tires. That's not right when a customer pays to have something done they expect to have it done, not just do part of it. Then on the top it off a couple days later I noticed two big greasy handprints on the door jamb inside the truck on the plastic. I used your dealership because it's close to home but I guess I'll have to drive to Huntsville next time so I know the job gets done right. I was going to have an appraisal done on the truck about trading it in but I guess I'll do that somewhere else. More
