I purchased my 2021 Nissan Rogue at the end of April. By mid May I had the front pillar leaks. I called the service dept & explained the problem. There is a service notice that was issued last Sept fo By mid May I had the front pillar leaks. I called the service dept & explained the problem. There is a service notice that was issued last Sept for this issue. They set me up an appt for Sat June 4th and assured me that they had the parts to fix it. When I arrived on Sat. I was told that they couldn't do this type of work on a Sat. since they only had 1 tech working. We set up another appt for Tues, June 7th and again I was assured that they had the parts to repair it. I dropped it off on Monday afternoon June 6th so that they could get to it first thing the next day. They called me in about 20 minutes and told me that they would have to order the parts but they would have them in 2 to 7 days. Fast forward to June 20 (2 weeks later), I finally break down and call them. They would not transfer me to the service dept nor the parts dept but told me they would have someone call me back. No one called me back so the following afternoon I called back and asked for the parts dept. At that time I was transferred. The person I talked with in parts was very nice. He told me that the computer showed that the parts were there but that he could not find them. Today is June 23rd, still waiting. More
