We initially wanted to go through our local banker to get the vehicle financed but when the interest rate was high, I turned to Shannon Parker to see if the dealership could help with financing. Shannon worked for days on this deal for us. He went above and beyond to help get me into the car and to work out the financing. I had a difficult situation with the vehicle I had totaled and the finance company and Shannon was able to help with all of it. I really appreciate everyone at the dealership for working with us like we were actual people and not just another sale. More

I have always enjoying going to Tony Serra Nissan until this last visit y'all use to have the most amazing guy check u in u was so nice kept you up to date ,but not this time it was a different person this last visit y'all use to have the most amazing guy check u in u was so nice kept you up to date ,but not this time it was a different person a woman and she was dry and rude ,customer service is not her strong suit anywho I felt very unwelcome she looked at me as if I was in the wrong place and I waited longer than usual to be finished because they had a recall to fix but I didnt know that because I was not notified or told hey it will take a little longer after 2 hrs of sitting I finally had to ask and I wasn't use to that I was use to the nice guy updating me in what was going on and when it was done he would explain what was done but not with this lady I had to ask her what was done and what I was paying for that was not a pleasant experience with Nissan but hopefully it will get better because I love nissan More
